We are seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide remote technical support to our clients via email, chat, phone, and other methods, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
  2. Utilize WHSG’s platform to log, track, and manage support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  3. Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams or management as needed.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of WHSG’s products and services to provide accurate and thorough solutions to clients.
  5. Collaborate with the support team and other departments to ensure continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
  6. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain and improve technical expertise and customer service skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a remote setting.
  2. Experience with Web Hosting Tools such as cPanel, WHMCS, WHM, WordPress, Mail Configuration, etc…
  3. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. 
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, as well as various software applications and hardware components.
  6. Experience with networking concepts and protocols.
  7. Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
  8. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  9. Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
